The Forest Sauna is a wood-fired sauna at Happy River Retreat in Wareham Forest, with panoramic views into the trees. It has a cold plunge pool, a jungle shower and a changing area with cupboards for belongings.
Most sessions are private. A private session for up to eight people costs £80. Communal sessions cost from £10 per person, and the venue runs a communal sauna on the first Monday of the month.
Free parking is provided at Happy River Retreat for the length of the visit. Children under 13 are not permitted and under 16s must come with an adult. The venue directs visitors to turn at the red post box outside The Silent Woman pub.
