Castle Spring Sauna is a wood-fired sauna at Dorset Adventure Park near Corfe Castle. It is heated by a 20kW wood-burning stove and kept between 60 and 80 degrees. Private sessions take up to six people and communal sessions are also offered.
Cooling off is in a spring-fed plunge pool, one metre deep and reached by a ladder, or under a rainfall cold-water shower. Communal changing rooms and water refill taps are nearby.
Tickets start from £15 plus a £1 booking fee. The venue says it is open all year, currently at weekends plus selected school holiday hours. It is for adults aged 18 and over.
