Studland Sauna Hut is run by Studland Watersports at Knoll Beach. There are two huts: the Little hut takes up to six people and the Large hut takes up to ten. Every booking is exclusive hire of a hut.
Sessions last 30 or 60 minutes and cost £40 or £60. Standard opening is 7am to 7pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays all year, with other times by appointment. Guests must be 16 or over and wear swimwear.
The huts look out to sea and towards Old Harry Rocks, and guests can swim in the sea between rounds. A 20 per cent deposit is taken at booking with the balance paid on arrival.
