The Saltwater Sauna has two wood-fired Nordic saunas on Sandbanks Beach in Poole. The larger cabin seats eight people and the smaller one seats six, and both are heated by Finnish wood-fired stoves.
Guests cool off in the sea or under a cold beach shower. There are unisex changing rooms and a drinking water tap. All guests must be 16 or over.
