BAKE Saunas, The BAKE Yard

The BAKE Yard is BAKE Saunas' site at Longclose Yard in Wimborne. It has a traditional wood-fired barrel sauna, two cold plunges chilled to between 5 and 12 degrees, an outdoor shower and an outdoor rest area.

Community sessions take up to eight people and cost £15 per person. Private sessions cost £95 an hour, with optional extras such as salt scrubs, clay masks, towels and robes. Swimwear is required.

The venue says it opens on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with occasional weekday sessions. Parking is at Longclose Yard, down the track next to MyDentist. Check the venue's website for session times.
