The Roaming Sauna is a wood-fired sauna in a converted horsebox, with a cold plunge and cold showers alongside. It moves between locations in west Suffolk rather than staying in one place.
Places it has set up include Blackthorpe Barn on the Rougham Estate and the lake at Wyken Vineyards. The pin on the map shows Blackthorpe Barn, so check the venue's website for where it is next and when.
A seat in a social session is £17 for an hour, and a private session for up to eight people is £105. Sessions are for over-18s and are booked online.
