Tan and Dowr is a wood-fired sauna at Ayr Holiday Park on Ayr Terrace in St Ives. It has a cold plunge and a cold shower alongside the sauna.
Sessions cost £9 per person for 30 minutes or £16 for 60 minutes. A 60 minute group session for up to seven people costs £80. Children aged 16 and under can use the sauna with an adult guardian but under 16s are not allowed to use the cold plunge.
The sauna is open every day, with morning sessions on Monday, Friday and at weekends and evening sessions on weekdays. Check the venue's website for parking.
