Escape to the Sauna Hayle

Escape to the Sauna has a wood-fired sauna on North Quay Beach in Hayle, next to Gilberts restaurant. Cooling off is by sea swimming, a cold shower or plunge tanks. There is a small changing area.

Both communal sessions and private hire can be booked. Memberships and bulk sauna credits are offered, and events include sound bath saunas and full moon rituals.
