Kiln Sauna St Ives

Kiln Sauna's St Ives site sits above Porthmeor Beach. It has two ten-person wood-fired saunas joined by sheltered walkways, with cold plunge pools and showers. The saunas have panoramic windows with sea views.

Social sessions last 45 minutes and cost £12. Family sessions cost £8 and a private sauna is £100 for 45 minutes. Yoga and meditation sessions can be combined with a sauna. Children aged six to 16 are only allowed in family or private sessions with one adult per child.

There is a changing area and sauna hats are available. The site gives hours as varying between 7.30am and 9pm. It does not mention parking.
