Slomo runs a wood-fired sauna and cold plunge at the Hengistbury Head Outdoors centre in Southbourne. It sits on the north-facing side of the centre, between reed beds and overlooking Christchurch Harbour.
The host centre says both communal sessions and private hire are offered. Slomo also runs saunas on the Isle of Wight and at festivals.
Check the venue's website for prices, session days and age limits.
