Skuna's sauna boat is moored at West India Quay in Canary Wharf, a short walk from the DLR. It has a wood-fired dry sauna heated to 70 to 90 degrees and a rooftop cold plunge pool kept at about 6 degrees.
Sessions last 60 minutes, with time to change before and after, and cost from £15 per person. The boat holds up to 15 people and can be hired privately for groups. Music is DJ-curated and drinks including lower-ABV beer are served at some sessions.
