Community Sauna Baths runs this not-for-profit site at The Bath House on Eastway in Hackney Wick, in the backyard of a 1930s public baths building. Bathers reach reception through the café at the front.
There are seven saunas, six wood-fired and one electric, with cold plunges kept between 3 and 15 degrees and a cold shower.
A 60 minute off-peak session costs £9.50 and a 90 minute peak session costs £16.50. Concession prices start at £5 for people on low incomes, students and NHS workers. The last session starts at 8pm.
