Arc is a contrast therapy club on the lower level of Crossrail Place in Canary Wharf. Its circular communal sauna is one of the largest in the UK, and a separate room holds ice baths.
Sessions are either self-guided or led classes that combine sauna and ice baths with breathwork, movement and meditation, and some evening sessions have DJs. There is a lounge, plus changing rooms with showers and lockers. Arc provides you with towels; one for the sauna and ice bath experience, and one for showering after.
Check the venue's website for prices, session times and capacity.
