OKI Sauna is a wood-fired sauna on Eastbourne seafront, based at the Natural Fitness Centre by the Redoubt on Royal Parade. The outdoor area has filtered extra-cold plunge tubs, changing rooms, toilets and deck chairs for resting between rounds, with a seafront cafe serving coffee, tea and food.
The main session lasts 60 minutes and staff host each session to help first-timers. Private hire gives a group exclusive use of the sauna. Bring swimwear, two towels, sliders and warm layers, as towel hire is not available.
