Beach Box is a public sauna spa on Brighton Beach at Madeira Drive, open all year. It sits on the pebbles with direct beach access for sea dips, alongside a cool plunge pool, a chilled steel tub and a slipper bath.
The saunas include two converted horsebox trailers with wood-fired stoves and a 12-seat cedar sauna with sea views. There are changing rooms and freshwater showers. Sauna masters can lead sessions with Aufguss and leaf whisking, and regular beach events include full moon parties and sound baths.
