Equilibrium Spaces is a wellness centre on Carlisle Street in Goole built around heat and cold therapy. Its hot and cold room pairs a traditional sauna with ice baths, and there is also a private sauna and ice bath suite for up to three guests and a private infrared sauna.
Shared sessions in the hot and cold room last an hour and take up to six people, run either as a guided class or as free flow. Booking five friends reserves the whole room. Massage, compression therapy, yoga and a meditation room are also on offer, and bookings are made online or through the Equilibrium Spaces app.
Check the venue's website for prices.
