Salthouse Sauna is a small wood-fired pop-up sauna that sets up on Cleethorpes beach. The same operator also runs sessions at Fraisthorpe beach in East Yorkshire, so check which beach a session is at when you book.
Sessions last 55 minutes and start on the hour. Sea dips are at your own risk. Bring swimwear, a water bottle, two towels, footwear that is easy to take off and a changing robe.
There are no lockers, and phones are not allowed in sessions. Sessions may be moved because of the weather.
