The Sauna at Wild Shore Delamere sits beside the lake at Delamere Lake Sailing and Holiday Park in Oakmere, off the A556 near Northwich. It is run by the Wild Shore watersports centre and has a cold plunge pool next to it.
Standard sessions last 30 minutes and are booked per person, with five and ten session passes available. The sauna can also be hired privately for up to 10 people for an hour. Public sessions are for ages 16 and over, while 12 to 15 year olds are allowed in private hire sessions with an adult. Guests must sit on a towel in the sauna and wear flip-flops between the sauna and the plunge area. Towels can be bought at reception.
The sauna stays open through the winter season alongside swimming and wakeboarding. Check the venue's website for session times and the heat source.
Opening hours
