The Good Sauna is an outdoor sauna and cold plunge site at The Treehouse Hotel and The Pollen Club on Blackfriars Street, at the corner with Deansgate in Manchester city centre. Guests move between the sauna, cold plunge tubs and a covered relaxation area with a fire pit, with cold showers for rinsing between rounds.
The sauna holds 10 people at a time. A drop-in community session lasts 1 hour 45 minutes and costs £22. Private sessions for up to 12 people cost £250, with extra guests at £15 each. Towels can be hired for £2.50 and robes for £5.
There are covered changing rooms for all genders. Swimwear is required. Under 17s must be with a paying adult. The site is not wheelchair accessible and there is no free parking on site. Check the venue's website for session times.
