The Sands Sauna is a wooden barrel sauna at Pentewan Sands Holiday Park, run alongside Cornwall Watersports. It has an electric stone heater and a panoramic glass window with sea views, and it seats six comfortably. Cold plunges include a twin tin bath and a bucket soaker.
Communal sessions run on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Private hire and sunrise or sunset sessions are available on request. Children aged 12 to 18 must be accompanied by a parent and under 12s are not permitted.
Toilets are open all year, while changing rooms and showers are open from Easter to October. Parking is in the main car park, which charges by the hour and is free after 7pm. Check the venue's website for session prices.
