Baked Sauna is a wood-fired sauna at Lanteague on Scotland Road near Zelah, about ten minutes from Newquay. It seats eight comfortably and up to ten for close groups. An ice bath and plunge pool are included.
Social sessions last 45 minutes and cost £14 per person. Private hire is £85 for 45 minutes, or £125 for a 90 minute gathering. Children aged six and over can attend with adult supervision and those aged 16 and over can come unaccompanied.
There are changing rooms, lockers and showers, free sauna hats and towel hire. Parking is free on site. Check the venue's website for opening days and hours.
