The Lions' Den River sits on the banks of the River Wensum at the Red Lion on Bishopgate in Norwich. It has two wood-fired saunas overlooking the river and five cold plunges kept at ambient, 10°C and 5°C.
The sauna garden has changing rooms, lockers and a cold shower. An outdoor riverside café serves coffee, hot chocolate, soups and toasties, and is open to passers-by as well as sauna guests. Paddle boarding on the Wensum runs in spring and summer.
