Sauna in the Woods is a hand-built woodland sauna off Salhouse Road, north-east of Norwich. It was made from locally sourced larch, Scots pine and Douglas fir, milled on site.
Every booking is private, for up to six people. There is a non-chlorinated cold plunge fed from a natural swimming pool, which guests can also use, and a 1960s bus serves as the changing room.
Sessions run for one, two or three hours. Listed prices start at £45 for two people for an hour and go up to £100 for a three-hour session for up to six. Booking is online.
