Sunnd Sauna is a wood-fired sauna based at the multi-use space at Outside in Bantham. It has a chilled and filtered cold plunge in a bath tub and a cold shower.
Sessions give 60 minutes of sauna time. A bell tent serves as a changing space and somewhere dry to leave belongings. Parking is free for sauna and cafe users. Children under 12 cannot use the sauna and under 16s need adult supervision.
It opens on Friday evenings and all day on Saturdays and Sundays. Check the venue's website for prices. The sauna is also available for private hire elsewhere in the South West.
