Spring and Sauna is a wood-fired sauna at Cuttery House in East Allington, between Totnes and Kingsbridge. It has a cold plunge and a natural swimming pond.
It is open seven days a week for communal and private bookings. Communal sessions run Monday to Thursday from 5pm to 8pm and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 6pm. Private sessions take up to 10 people and can also be booked on weekday daytimes.
Memberships run from £25 to £100 a month and gift vouchers are sold. Check the venue's website for single session prices.
