Secret Sauna is a wood-fired sauna cabin on the banks of the River Waveney at Wainford, just outside Bungay. It is off-grid, set in woodland, and you cool off in the river.
Most bookings are private, for small groups of up to six, from £60 for an hour. There are also women-only community sessions called Evening Embers on Wednesday evenings.
It is open all year and must be booked in advance. The Silo cafe is on the same site.
