The Osea View sauna is a wood-fired cabin by the beach, just outside the Osea View Café on the Blackwater estuary near Maldon. It is hired privately as a whole cabin for up to four people, at £60 for 60 minutes.
The sauna runs at roughly 70 to 95°C. If the tide allows, you can take a dip in the estuary, and the venue advises checking the tide times first.
Under-16s are not permitted. Bring two towels. The café gives 48 hours as the notice needed to cancel or move a booking.
