Motts Sauna at Portwrinkle is a wood-fired sauna at Silas Cove on Finnygook Lane. It takes up to six people and reaches 70 to 90 degrees. The beach is about 100 metres away for a sea dip and there is also a cold plunge.
Communal sessions cost £14 for an hour or £8 for 30 minutes. Private sessions cost £75. Children aged 16 and under are not permitted.
There are hooks and a covered area for belongings but no dedicated changing facilities. Deck chairs are provided and a sauna host is on site.
