Motts Sauna at Menheniot is a wood-fired sauna at Motts Cottage near Liskeard. It takes up to eight guests and sits beside a private river that is used for cold dips.
Communal sessions last one hour and cost £14. Private sessions cost £100. There are also reduced price 'Sweat it Forward' places and wellbeing days. Children aged 16 and under are not permitted.
There is a changing area, a relaxation area with seating and a communal fire. Parking is in a field a few metres beyond the entrance. Session times are shown on the booking calendar.
