Hide Sauna is a handcrafted timber sauna on the Graythwaite Estate, on the south-west shore of Windermere between Newby Bridge and Hawkshead. A panoramic window looks out over the water and the sauna runs at 80 to 100C.
Shared sessions last one hour and take up to six guests. Private sessions take up to eight people and can run for up to eight hours. There is a cold plunge, an outdoor shower, direct lake access and private changing facilities. Parking is nearby rather than at the sauna.
