Wilder Sauna runs a wood-fired sauna in the grounds of the Mill End Hotel at Sandy Park, near Chagford on Dartmoor. Guests cool off with a plunge in the River Teign.
Communal sessions are listed at £16.50 and are for ages 16 and over. Private sessions last 50 minutes or 1 hour 50 minutes for up to 12 people, and children aged 12 and over can join private sessions with a parent or guardian. Free parking is available.
It opens on Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 8pm, with private bookings on other days by request. Wilder Sauna also runs a second sauna at Dartmeet.
