TEMPA is a wood-fired sauna at Bray Lake Watersports on Monkey Island Lane in Bray. The sauna seats ten and open sessions are capped at eight. Sessions are booked in 30 minute blocks that can be stacked, and the cold plunge is included.
The site has hot and cold showers, a drench bucket, a café, toilets and parking. The lake can be used for a dip only during Bray Lake's own swim times, and that needs a separate booking with Bray Lake Watersports.
Open sessions run on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. A bundle of six sessions is £50 and memberships are available. Private sessions start from £150. All sessions are for ages 16 and over.
