Saunas by the Sea has a hand-built wood-fired sauna in the car park at Harlyn Bay, just outside Padstow. It has large windows facing the coast and cold showers, and the beach is close by for a sea dip. This location is open all year.

Yoga, Pilates and outdoor boot camp classes are also offered. Guests are asked to bring a towel to sit on and some water.

Check the venue's website for prices and opening times.
