Kiln Sauna Gylly Beach

Kiln Sauna runs a wood-fired mobile sauna on Gyllyngvase Beach in Falmouth. It has a panoramic window facing the sea and takes up to nine people per session. The sea is used for cooling off.

Social sessions cost £8 for 30 minutes or £12 for 45 minutes. Silent sessions and family sessions are also offered, and private hire starts at £55 for 30 minutes. Under 16s are not allowed in social sessions. Children aged six to 16 can join family or private sessions with one adult per child.

Sessions run every day except Wednesday, from sunrise to 8pm. Bookings open 40 days ahead. There is only a small changing space and towels are not provided.
