Heal Saunas runs a wood-fired sauna at The Plough in Coton, a village just west of Cambridge. The site overlooks a meadow and has a cold shower, a cold plunge, a fire pit and seating. Parking is in the pub car park.
Communal sessions last 60 minutes, take up to eight people and cost £12.50 each. A private session for up to eight costs £110. The owners also lead two-hour sauna ceremonies at £40 per person, with leaf whisks, scrubs and breathwork.
Sessions run at weekends and on Wednesday evenings, and are booked online.
